‘Marina Star’, 2000

Categories:   South Coast Shipwrecks

The ‘Marina Star’, a fishing trawler from the Ulladulla fishing fleet, sank in 2000. The ship was travelling north towards Sydney when its engines failed in heavy weather. It was washed onto rocks at Point Perpendicular. It later sunk while being towed by another local ship, the ‘Blue Marlin’.
